4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4oz.)
1/3 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan, 13x9x2". Melt chocolate and shortening over low heat. Beat in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir flour baking powder and salt together; blend in. Mix in nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 30 min., or until browines pull away from sides of pan. Do not overbake. Cool slightly and cut into bars.

Easiest Brownies Ever
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x11 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Mix in the flour, salt and cocoa powder just until moistened. Stir in the walnuts, if using. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is dry and the edges begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool before cutting into squares.

Chocolate Chunk Brownies
•1 bag of chocolate chunks
•3 tablespoons butter
•Â¾ cup sugar
•3 ½ tablespoons water
•2 eggs
•Â¾ cup flour
•Â¾ teaspoon salt
•1 small bag of nuts
Directions:
•In a saucepan on low heat cook 6 ounces of chocolate, butter, sugar and water until melted.
•Pour remaining 6 ounces (other half of bag) into melted cool mixture. Wisk in eggs, flour, salt and nuts. Bake in a 9-inch pan with nonstick spray for 30-35 minutes.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
To Make Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

EASY BROWNIES

1 egg
Mix cake mix and butter. Add the egg and remaining ingredients mixing well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
