I recently cheated on my girlfriend of 9 months with my ex boyfriend. The guilt is really getting to me. I feel the urge the cry at random moments. In the past week my heart has felt like its stopped then started to beat very hard and fast. I feel like its from the stress of hiding this secret. I know i need to tell her. But I really CANNOT lose this girl. I love her to death. And it was the biggest mistake ive ever made. What should I do?

i think the way you put it is a little confusing. do you mean that you cheated with a guy thats with ur friend? or were you with the girl? well, either way, you should tell her the truth. all that stress ure experiencing is because you feel guilty in your conscience and you'll always feel guilty unless you tell her.

Sounds like you don't even really like girls if your gonna cheat with a dude....I hope she kicks you in the nuts and then beats the sh!t out of you for emotional abuse!!...why couldn't you just break up w/ her and then go bat for the other team....you don't deserve her and hopefully your butt buddy will cheat on you and make you feel the same way...LOSER!!!

Tell her the truth and pray she don't kill you. I'm sorry, but how in the world can you cheat on somebody?????? If she's not what you're looking for, break it up, don't do that to somebody. Nobody should have to go through something like that.

well, don't worry about losing her because you already did. you have to tell her and then she can decide if she wants to work through things or if she wants to leave you. how can you love her if you cheated on her with your exBOYfriend??? that's so insulting i can't even put words to it. i'm sorry, but you screwed up and now you're paying the price, that's just how the world works

The best thing you can do for yourself is tell her the truth. Be mindful of the surroundings when you do......no interruptions....no cell calls, land line calls, door bells. Accept whatever feelings she presents to you when you tell her. You need to do this for your health and for your relationship with her. She may kick you to the curb........but your fessing up is the right thing to do.

This is one time that I would be honest with her. You are obviously bi, that puts you partly in a high risk group for HIV, and your promiscuous behavior puts you at risk for other STDs. She deserves to know what she has gotten into.
