In their prime respective; CLOSE FIGHT!!! Frazier gave Ali his toughest runs & was only a one handed boxer, with NOT even an effective jab! Tyson out performed "Jokin Joe" on ALL circuits but defence. Tyson was kind of a SUPER Frazier but with one important difference, Tyson was a two handed brawler with Liston/Foreman class power in any punch/jab he launched! Ali would at least of had to perform as well as he did as young Cassius Clay vs. Liston in their first fight or it'd be Ali in three!!!

Both in their prime would make for a great fight. Because Tyson became such a joke, he is underrated as a great fighter. He was great. I think Ali would win with his speed and surprising power. Tyson would have his moments though.
