dizzy: yes, i have heard him speak. He really has no idea what he's talking about, but he does have that mesmerizing evangelical tone - i think that works well on the weak-minded

Jeff C. You do know that he's on his way to jail now for tax evasion? And you do know that his Phd. (in "Christian education") is from an unaccredited diploma mill, right?

The biggest retard I've ever seen in my life. Saw video of him debating with some scientists, and his arguments were complete nonsense. Completely ignored all the questions thrown at him (or just told the scientists he didn't understand em) and showed no viable scientific evidences. Tried to disprove radiometric dating (failed miserably) and compared a computer to god. Said he got a degree in some kind of biological science at a college (a Christan, non-scientifically accredited college) and just proved to everyone that idiots like him need stop breeding.

I hope that was clear enough... :)

He's most certainly NOT fraud. I also saw his son Eric speak a couple months ago. The place was overflowing with people wanting to hear the truth. Just because many don't believe in Kent's ministry only further proves the Truth of Jesus' words ; Wide is the path to destruction (hell) and narrow is the path to heaven. Evolution is just one of many false religions Satan has put out there to deceive.Brendan, I can only pray that Lord opens your eyes to the truth of creation while there's time.

You DO realize that Satan will use ANY means possible to try and discredit any man or woman of Christ.Since you're not a believer, you probably don't.

After one becomes born again , he/she will still fall into the temptation of sin for Satan HATES the believer. He knows he can't take their salvation from them but if he succeeds in tempting them into a sin that may affect the beliefs of other people,he has succeeded.
Whether brother Hovind has evaded paying taxes has nothing to do with the truths of the utter LIES of evolution him and his son Eric continue to bring forth. I'm sure he's asked the Lord for forgiveness for that sin and that's all that matters. Also, whether his phd is valid or not makes no difference in the fact that he has helped lead MANY people to Christ thru his ministry. You see,Satan wants people to dwell on that instead of the lies of EVILution that brother Hovind puts forth.Satan uses evolution as one of his many false religions.
I pray you come to know the Truth while there's time. Today is the day of Salvation. Tomorrow is promised to nobody.
In Christ

They both are frauds, but one doesn't have anything to do with the other.

Kent Hovind would still be a fraud if creationism was true, creationism would still been a fraud if Kent Hovind would have been an honest man.

But still, both frauds.

Nah - just because a movement has a bad egg doesn't discredit the whole movement. Creationism is a fraud all on it's own.

I happen to be a fan of Kent Hovind and believe in creationism, so I may be a little bias but have you ever heard him speak?
