What does believing in God have to do with not believing in evolution?

Fish, I am mearly using the ID analogy, that living things could not be diffrent than they were in the past because they don't inherit differences from their parents, instead everything exists exactly the way it is because God made it that way.
So whomever made the lightbulb, does it have to be the same as it was made, or can there continue to be improvements made as suits each situation a lightbulb could be useful?

Henry Woodward and a colleague Mathew Evans invented the lightbulb, Edison bought the patents for his design. ^^

oh and nothing to most sane people. >.> however some wierdo's seem to think it does.
