Could it be that having mercy, that repenting from eternal damnation worship, that loving your enemy, that realizing that everyone is doing their best no matter what and that if you have a better way, sharing that is important and that we all have the potential to help each other or to just criticize like Jesus did sometimes, although he didn't always do that when he was alive?

If I was god, the best thing i could do would be to not send anyone to hell whether they believed in me or not, that would be universal compassion (apparently god is good, but not that good).
