every time i get near her i like freeze up like a fool. how can i express my real fealings toward her..?

You freeze for a reason. Part of your brain realises that you have zero chance with her and is trying to stop you from making that mistake.

make a group activity first! at least with other people around you won't freeze up as much. such as a movie, pool, bowling haha! as you get to know her a little better and you don't freeze up it's easier and you don't feel like a fool, then you can make your move!

Don't freak out, girls can pick up on these things. First, try to start a conversation about stuff that you feel comfortable about that way you won't freeze up anymore than what you do. Just try to act like she's your friend and loosen up!!!!
