My hair absolutely will not hold a curl. But I recently discovered this trick: Dry your hair until its ALMOST dry. Then take a small section of your hair, wrap it around your finger and pin to head. It will look kinda like a bird's nest. Do your whole head then spray with hair spray. Leave them in for 15-20 minutes, I leave mine in while I'm getting dressed and doing makeup. When you take them out, just run your fingers or a pick through them to gently break them up. Its adorably sexy!

ok there is a product called beach blonde ocean waves by John Frieda its a spray, you can purchase that at walmart that gives the illusions you have waves and if that is not wavy enough you can use a curling iron to make it more spiraly and have ringlets if you do that in the order I told you to it should look exactly like the picture.

I think you can do that with the skinny curling iron. Just lots of small spirals. Use mousse through your hair, then curl, then spray when done to hold. Don't comb them out. Just comb them out with your fingers.

You can print out the picture, bring it to a hair salon and ask one of the employees to do the hair for you and ask them how you can do it yourself at home in a simple way. It should work. Good Luck!

After washing it and drying it, try setting it and rolling it with big rollers about the size of a soda can. Take them out and comb through them with your fingers or a wide toothed comb.

LArge hair rollers with some setting lotion would do it! or just buy an oversized curling iron.
