I would first plead innocent to the charge and on the morning of trail go beck the prosecutor and the officer for mercy they may plea bargain somewhat. But Im thinking your gonna be paying a mega fine and possibly loose your license. Do you know how many people you could have hurt going that speed? Next time pull over and go on the road.

100 Miles per hour on the freeway, was it during heavy traffic, inclement weather, or was there some other hazard that would play a factor. Go to the States Attorney and ask if you can plead to a lesser speed and pay the same fine as the original charge. Agree to any driving school, community service, or anything they want so you can keep reckless driving off your record and out of the hands of your insurance company!!

Speeding at 100 MPH is reckless driving, and in Georgia where I work, you would have received a speeding ticket, a reckless driving ticket, been arrested, and had your car impounded. When you came to court you would have had your license suspended for reckless driving unless the judge felt sorry for you.

Plead no contest. Maybe you'll just get to pay the fine.
