lol awww that had to be a trying situation, but see the real issue with the evolution theory is it tries to discredit God completely. Now evolution in and of itself is real, now dont get worried an throw out my question completely because trust me I'm going somewhere with this lol. Now theres a thing called micro evolution and macro evolution, macro evolution is where the belief of us coming from monkeys came out which is completely untrue. Now micro evolution is where within a species there can be minor alterations. Now for example if you think back to Noah's ark how he had 2 of every animal, now do u think he had everytype of domestic cat and wild cat that we have now? I propose no, he had one main cat and as the cats bred throughout years an generations we have the variations of cats that we have now. So in that sense evolution is made possible. But in the situation that you have with those 2 girls asking you such difficult questions, wat it really comes down to is the existence of God. Even science is now coming to the realization that there HAS to be a force out there keeping everything in balance. One of the biggest scientific mysteries is why the atom manages to hold itself together, technically it should be flying around everywhere. If evolution in the sense that we all started from a Big Bang and organisms and things evolved into what we have now then answer this question, why would a cell which can split apart to create another cell make it so 2 distincly different beings (being males and females) have to come together to reproduce? alot of scientific theories jus dont match up, only explanation is God.

regrettably, convinced. i do no longer recognize ways they could cope with the cognitive dissonance. you're not any further properly-knowledgeable because you don't recognize that idea is the optimal aspect in technology. it truly isn't any longer a wager. that is ignorant to assert "only a idea". the uncomplicated ancestor of all apes (such as human beings and chimps) is a monkey and that could be shown on your pride. It does no longer be counted on the idea of evolution. that is a truth. Theories do no longer have information which in effortless words applies in mathematics. Theories have information. there isn't any information of a god of any form. Theories are falsifiable. that is a characteristic, no longer a malicious program. If information is produced that exhibits yet another idea or this one desires substitute, then we discovered some thing and are grateful for it. faith does no longer have that characteristic. And that is requred. So creation by technique of a god isn't able to being a idea. because the discovery of mitochodrial DNA ancestry will be determined by technique of genetic mapping and we do not favor bones to substantiate the idea. Theories make predictions and may be used to strengthen different theories and open up fullyyt new traces of inquiry. the idea of evolution is functional because is works, no longer unavoidably by means of the undeniable fact that is truth. Evolution is truth yet organic determination is a idea. final analysis is that it rather works. God as a proof doesn't artwork for us and could no longer be an answer in that regard. Its an excuse no longer to imagine about it.

I "believe" in evolution for the same reasons that I "believe" in gravity.

I have never observed a particle cause for gravity, in fact no one has ever observed a root particle cause of gravity, but I can infer gravity's existence from the fact that, whenever I drop something, it tends to move towards the center of the largest nearby object (the Earth). A wrench dropped by an astronaut on the moon behaved likewise, towards the center of the moon.

It is the tendeny of species to reproduce. It is the tendency of RNA-DNA resquencing and recombination to produce at least extremely minor changes between generations. It is the tendency of creatures with such changes that better suit them to their environment to survive and pass on those changes, and it is the tendency of their offspring with those mutations exagerrated to survive even more so.

After a certain point, the RNA of one sex cell will not line up enough with the RNA of another sex cell to allow recombination to occur. This is called speciation, or macro-evolution. If you do not "believe" in macro-evolution, then you do not "believe" in the existence of DNA or the processes that duplicate it.

That is to say, if you do not "believe" in macro-evolution, you do not "believe in everything that doctors and scientists know about organic life and you should never, ever trust in a doctor to heal you or cure you, or a scientist to better your life through technology ever again, because you are under the explicit belief that the processes they use to describe evolution and DNA are simply false.

That is to say, if you do not "believe" in evolution, you do not believe in gravity, or genetics, or anything else science has ever described, and you have no business ever being in a hospital, school, or using technology ever again, and you ought to just stay in church for the rest of your life where you belong.

Evolution is the answer,if there is a God he's been asleep for the last few hundred years.Don't say that its gods free will that was given to us.How could God let children get murdered,Or even go to bed hungry.God must be the cruelest thing in the heavens.

We don't look like whales, either, but we are related.

You do not have to "believe" in evolution. the evidence is overwhelming.

Go on to the web, and do some reading, or go to the library. There will be plenty there. Just one thing, you WILL NOT find ALL the answers. Evolution is an incredibly complex subject, and we are learning all the time.

When you get a question, and there will be lots, you will be far better going to the science section, than here.

Good luck

There's nothing different between the races, I don't even think there is a color gene. Its just skin tones. Besides, what would the alternative be? All the monkeys in Europe evolved into white humans, all the apes in Africa evolved into black people, and all the chimps in Asia evolved into yellow people, yet they all, with no interaction, evolved into the same human species? Skin tones have nothing to do with Darwinism. It neither refutes it nor compliments it.

Pay more attention in school. Search the web under "Evolution" and never talk to those people again. I believe they are so ignorant that a field of ignorance may form around them and choke off all the oxygen and you do not want to get caught inside that when it happens.

It isn't a matter of "believing" in evolution. Evolution is simply an explanation for the great diversity of living things on our planet. Educated, reasonable people are able to balance their scientific knowledge with their religious beliefs.

I am torn about this.. I mean if Adam and Eve came along then what about dinosaurs?? when they were wiped out then what about humans being wiped out at the same time if god created earth then man and woman? I believe in God too. but some things dont piece together. Its something I dont think we will ever no, at least not in any of our lifetimes.

Your friends are wrong. God allowed brothers and sisters to marry back then in order to populate the earth. When God was satisfied with the number of people, He then changed His laws to forbid insestual marriages. There is no such things as evolution, and we were all Created in the image of God who is perfect, and committing the first sin then made us imperfect in the eyes of God.

When God made man's speech confused due to them wanting to build a tower to heaven, it would stand to reason that it was at that time of confusing man's speech to also match up the speech with the differences in appearance. Chinese to look alike, and Afro Americans dark complected. Greek, Jewish, Indian, olive colored skin etc.

Genesis 11:5-7 And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.
down Gen 18:21, Psa 53:2

6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.

Every human is the descendant of Adam and Eve.

Genesis 3:20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.
