It will work, but you wont get the desired consistency. YOu need the fat from the cream.

some things you could subsitute milk for cream... yet i'd not propose it for some thing like this. because the fat is mandatory for some recipes. attempt searching lots fat version of them and seeing in the journey that they use some thing else. i stumbled on some by using google. i extremely typically lookup some variations of recipes and combine the aspects at the same time that tournament me =D

not sure, but you could try a small batch that way, and see how they turn out, be for trying bigger batches.
