Next time shave after taking a hot shower, you'll get a closer shave with less irritation. Also use some shaving gel and get a good aftershave lotion. I've been shaving my head for years and these were the tips my barbers gave me. No razor burns or bumps for me. Oh yeah..never use a dull razor either, you'll really f*ck up your skin then.

go to a skin place and by "tend skin." That happened to me a couple of times when i was growing out my hair for the first time (Even when i started shaving everyday). It's probably ingrown hairs, so tend skin is made to reduce the redness and bumps.
If not then, you might need to get some face cream and put it on everyday. Oh and wet your hair before you shave, that helps a lot.
Good luck man

Strictly talking shaving shouldn't reason dry dermis. you may get razor burn from shaving dry, which you relatively shouldn't do. continually verify that the floor is lubricated previously shaving with a everyday razor and use a relaxing lotion afterwards. additionally verify the razor is new and sharp and not blunt as this could drag the floor and would reason infections. in case you shave with a battery or electric powered shaver verify the heads at the instant are not worn and further moisturise after.

Heat up a washcloth as hot as you can stand it, and put it on your face before you shave (like they do at the old barber shops).

I haven't had luck with the fancy shave creams, just old barbasol with aloe works the best. Some people have told me to combine foam shave cream with regular shave cream, and that also works good.

Shave like you normally do. After you are finished shaving put a washcloth with really cold water on it on your face to close up the pours, and finish it off with a good aloe based conditioning lotion for your face.

my husband put a hot washcloth on his skin for about 2 minutes before he starts to shave and he uses noxema face cleanser as shaving cream. he is the worst about breaking out and this really helps him.

Hey dont use after shaves that have alchohol. If it burns when you apply it, it means there is alcohol in that.

I would strongly suggest "NIVEA AFTER SHAVE BALM".

Use NIVEA shaving cream also.

I promise it works. I have had that problem and it worked.
