Believe it or not, my kitten has been trying to hump my leg at night in bed. I use the squirt bottle and it worked. I also say, very firmly NO. I was told to put a little vinegar in the water. He has stopped doing it to me. I know mine is a kitten, and yours is a dog, but you can try it. Or you can try to pull him down with leash until he stops doing and show to your dog with the leash pull down until he understand and you could start saying no every couple pulls of the leash

Get him neutered, immediatly! This will probably stop the behavior or at least make him less aggressive when you try to stop him. Obedience training is essential at this point to teach him who's boss and teach you how to manage his behavior.

GET A toy water gun, and squirt the little guy.
Here is a dog training site where it mentions humping, but not much about it: http://www.edogadvice.com/trainingdogs.htm

It is a matter of showing dominance. That is what your dog is doing. He is mixed up as far as his position in the pack goes and he is trying to dominate. Get him neutered will not help, give him a dose of reality in the form of obedience training with the real emphasis on who the alpha male is in the house. This question was answered by me several days ago.

Might need to get him fixed. If you are going to use him for stud duty later in life, you may have to put away when company comes over. Then again, your boss may just be an extreme turn on to your dog.

Get the dog neutered. If you can't for some reason, kick him in the side, hard, when he does it. This sounds cruel, but it's the only way.
