I'm looking for a formula from which I can calculate exactly how many calories I need to consume per day in order to keep my body weight exactly where it is -- no more no less. I'm sure the number goes up/down according to how much you weigh, how tall you are, body shape, how active you are, etc., but I can't find any calculators for it online. Anyone know how I'd go about figuring this out?

I saw on the news that there is a machine that does tell you how many calories you have eaten and how many calories you need to burn. I am sorry I dont remember the name of this thing but i am sure if you keep looking online you'll find it.
