I found a dog, with no collar. I don't have any dog food here and I can't go to the store right now. What kind of food can I feed it that I might have here?

Feed the dog plain rice. It is bland enough to not upset its stomach and does not contain anything that will harm the dog. Make sure to leave water available at all times too.

"What if I only give it 1 cookie for dessert. He's has those doggy eyes, it's hard to refuse."
What is wrong with you? Can you not read where people said that the cookies could be TOXIC to the dog? Why would you even want to risk it? Dogs don't need dessert, much less a chocolate dessert.
As far as what you have in the house, how can you only have junk food? Of that list, some rice and apples dipped in peanut butter would be acceptable in a small amount. Please don't feed the dog any other household food that you think might be ok - it's probably not.
I don't understand why you have time to play on the computer but not to go buy dog food for the dog. Are you planning on keeping it? If so, then it's time to get resopnsible. If you aren't, then go get some dog food to feed it until you can get the dog to a no-kill shelter or find it a good home.
Is this a joke of some sort? Really. All your other questions look like they are written by an uncared for immature child. Don't waste our time with this nonsense.
If not, please visit petfinder.com and look for some shelters in your area. You want them to be NO-KILL, I repeat, no-kill. Tell them that you don't know anything about dogs and you need them to foster it for the health of the dog.
Good luck to you.

Chocolate can hurt a dog, they can not digest it properly or any sweets really. Apples or plain rice is the only thing you have suitable for the dog. And be sure to give it water whatever you do do not feed it the other stuff it will seriously hurt it. When you go to the store get some dog food and dog treats as well as some toys ect.

A diet of 2/3 cooked white rice and 1/3 meat (chicken, beef, lamb, etc.) If you give the dog hamburger be sure to drain the grease, rinse with water, then drain again. This is the classic bland diet that vetinarians prescribe if you run out of dog food or your dog has digestion issues. On the plus size, the dog's body uses almost 100% of the food so they don't poop very much on this diet.

don't give him any choclet because it is poisenus to dogs. Do not give you're new pet any bones that come from birds (ie chicken bones) or they will get slivers on there insides and die. You can feed you're dog piazzia, mac and cheese a a a ( noodles are fine but some dogs get sick from cheese) , peanut butter would be fine and is high in proteain, most dogs hate apple but some will eat them. Do not overfeed you're pet, you could even leave it be hungry until tommorow and buy some dog food if you want. Just make sure to give her lots of water.

Well first give them a bowl of fresh cool water.
The only things I see on the list that I would probably give to the dog would be Rice, and maybe a little fo the mac and cheese
Keep the Oreos away from the dog chocolate is toxic for them.

All of the things you mentiond just happens to be especialy bad for dogs, and the oroe cookies could be leathal to the pet. Try some bonless chicken with the rice. Feed him the pizza but take off the cheese and vegies.

Rice - I had a dog with a kidney stone (ouch) and the vet had me make and feed him a mix of rice, olive oil and ground up cooked liver for a month. So I know rice is safe - he may get the runs if you try that other stuff...

Give it some water. Make the rice, and if you have any hamburger meat, cook that and mix them together. Make sure it cools down before giving it to the dog... If you have bread, you can rip it up and give small amounts to the dog, but not too much.
