i have a question is there any possible way to not make a video buffer?

i have a dsl internet and it buffers lke crazy i cant afford a new internet is there any software that is windows me compatible that can get rid of or at least reduce the buffering of videos

Well, if you have a good amount of patience, you can hold the little "video dot" ( I call it that =P [its the little thing that shows your progress in the video]) at the beginning for a while.
