she hates it, and squirms loads. So i can't do it.
How do i do it, if i'm alone ? What's the best way to restrain her ?

I inserted one for my daughter when she was 3 and I greased it up really good with vaseline, I put her on her back and I grabbed her feet together as if i was changing her and I quickly poked it in. It went in so fast.
Inserting a supository isnt so bad when you do it for the first time. After that you become a pro. After its inserted your 4 year old wont be able to tell that something is in there. Theres no feeling after that sphincter muscle.
