I have been sick for 2 days i can barely speak and i dunno what to do

sip fluids, stay hydrated! stay close to the bathroom. also if you live in my area right now (illinois) it could be Norwalk virus. having a little outbreak of that around here. orange juice always helps me if your stomach can take it.

You rest, you eat a well balanced nutritonal diet and your drink PLENTY of WATER. The more you urinate the better.
Flu illness can last for up to two weeks. But if you do the above suggestions, you can reduce that time drastically.
