A lot of people have felt like you do now. You have an important day coming up and you want to look and feel great. Losing that much weight in less than a week is physicly impossible though, and trust me, crazy dieting just before a special day will not make you feel better.

If you don't eat and just stress about your weight you will feel tired and angry when you want to enjoy. So my suggestion is to get enough sleep, go for two walks a day, eat light food and small portions four times a day and buy something nice to wear that is comfortable and brings out your best features. On the day when you want to feel good, start it with listening your favorite music, dress up and go! You can only have fun if you're feeling good in your skin, weight does not have anything to do with it. (Okay, I know it does a little bit but you have to work with what you've got, there are no quick solutions... wish there was.) :)

Start with your healthier life style and get weight loss results little by little and next time you can buy one size smaller shirt, and feel even better!

You can't and even if you do, you are going to gain it back so fast and most likely you will gain more than what you lost. The longer it takes for you to lose weight, the more likely you are to keep it off. Crash dieting will mess up your metabolism.
A great way to get your metabolism up and lose weight is to eat a small meal of a lean protean and a healthy carbohydrate (ie Brown rice, Whole grains, and fruit) Every 3-4 hours. Never go more than 4 hours without eating during the day. This will turn your body into a fat burning machine.
Make sure that you get at least 30 mins. of Cardio 5x per week and lift light weights at least 3x per week.

That is pretty impossible. Sorry. You can watch what you eat, exercise, but do not stop eating. Do not drink cokes as they have a lot of sugar. You can eat proteins. Here is a website where you can put in your weight and it will help calculate how many calories you will burn doing certain activities and sports.

You may lose 2 or 3 pounds, but you cannot lose 10 pounds in a week. It is NOT healthy for your body either.

Impossible. Not healthy. I know this sounds like a typical negative unhelpful response, but really. Think about it. Even if you lost a pound a day, you still would only lose 7 pounds! Unless your anorexic or bulimic there really is no way. I wish I can help you.

Run a lot. Eat normally every first day and only eat a few apple slices every few hours every second day.

This keeps your metabolism going at it's normal rate. DO NOT SKIP EATING FOR MORE THAN A DAY AT A TIME. And eating some fructose (from the apple) is important to keep your metabolism going. You can probably get by on 3 apples if you slice them up and spread them out properly throughout the day.

theres billions of ways :)
1. eat salads every day and lock ur snack pantery
2.starve urself for 1 meal everyday
3.go on a pretzle diet
4. dont go to mcdonalds go to subway or quiznos
5.if you go to school dont go for the heavy cafeteria food go for the sandwiches and salads
6. the most annoying one :[ work out :X
7.u look super fit after u do one of these :)
8. o ya and drink a cup of water every two hours it gets u full :)

You can do it but you will have to eat lots of grapefruit and drink lots of water and drink slim fast strawberry or vanilla it is a diet drink that helps you lose weight.

Don't drink anything, not water, not milk, nothing! Only eat green beans too. It'll be hard, but you can do it.
