Since the event took place on a specific day in November, you would use "on," because you are referring to the day, not the month. If the event took place on an unspecified day in November, you would say "in November."

you've won trophies so you must be shithot why dont you just beat november up until it conforms with whatever you want it to be in or on.

"on" since you are stating a specific date. If you are vague and only list the month, you say "in".
