So there is this girl i know pretty well. She's cute and nice and I like her alot. She stares at me alot and smiles so it's not one of those "whats hanging out of your nose" stares. She likes to scoots pretty close to me and talks to me about things, but I dont have the courage to ask her if she wants to go out. How can I fit "hey i really like you, you wanna go out sometime" casually into one of our conversations.

I think you should just ask her out because by the looks of it she's interested in you too.

Wait for an opportune moment to casually ask if she wants to get a coffee/see a film/go for a drink/have dinner/whatever, sometime? If she says no, accept her answer. Nothing ventured nothing gained. Good luck.

get two tickets to a consert that you will both enjoy. tell her you were gonna take you friend "joe" or who ever but now they can't go. then ask her if she wants to. it would really be helping you out cuz you don't want the ticket to go to waste. then at the end of the night give her a kiss. pretty much that simple

Try to find out if she has a boyfriend, if she does you are on your own on this one.
If she doesn't! Great, things lookin good, just ask her what kind food you like, then a little into the conversation ask her what kind of movies you like...then simple ask her what are you doing this weekend.....and plain simple....ask her out.....Good Luck!

Do it in a subtle manner.
Try asking her to hang out sometime.
Take her out to dinner or to a movie and see how it goes from there.
You can't know how she feels until you are together one on one.

Start talking about relationships. Ask her if she has a b-f. if she don't just ask her if she wants to go out for a soda or something!

naa!!! don't say "hey i really like you, you wanna go out sometime" maybe u will scare her so just start to talk about movies and what movies or what kind of movies she likes and then you'll say "mmm ooh you like that movie .... me too... , you wanna go out to see it ....u know we ..... TOGETHER. but you'll say it in your way.
