Turkey Vegetable Stir-Fry in the Microwave!
Ingredients
(4 servings)
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 (10 1/2 Oz.) Can Chicken Broth
1 Carrot Cut Into Julienne Strips,
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 c Sliced Mushrooms
4 Green Onions Minced
1 Stalk Celery, Diagonally Sliced
1 (6 Oz.) Pkg. Snow Peas, thawed
2 c Coarsely Chopped Cooked Turkey Breast
2 c Brown Rice Cooked
2 tbsp. Silvered Almonds Toasted
Instructions
Combine cornstarch, ginger, chicken broth & soy sauce in a 2 Cup glass measure. Stir well. Microwave uncovered at high 2 To 3 min., or until thickened, stirring every 30 seconds. Set aside.
Combine carrot & oil in a 2 1/2 quart Casserole. Cover with plastic wrap; Microwave at high 1 To 2 min. or until carrot is Crisp-Tender. Stir after 1 min. Add mushrooms, onions & celery. Microwave uncovered at high for 1 To 2 min.; Stir well. Add soy sauce mixture, snow peas & turkey; Stir well. Microwave at high 2 to 3 min ; Stir.after 30 seconds.
Serve over rice. Garnish with almonds.

Take 1 small diced onion,1 can* uncooked instant rice,1 can* cr of mushroom soup,1 can *white wine,2 cans* water and 2 cornish game hens.Mix your first 5 ingredients in the bottom of a casserole dish lay your hens on top,cover and bake @ 350* for 1 hr and 15 minutes. Serve with a salad and bread rolls and you have a great meal for two.
* by cans I mean use the can that the soup comes in to measure
When serving, put a layer of rice down, lay your hen on top, and garnish with fresh cracked pepper or parsley flakes for color. Enjoy!

I don't know if this is exactly what you were looking for, but I make an easy-peazy lunch.
I first make either a PB&J sandwhich or a bologna and cheese sandwhich. You can use a bagel or regular sliced bread. I then add a bag of chips(any will do), and an apple or some grapes. You can drink soda, water, or juice with this meal. :)

Buy some Bagel Bites (in the grocer's freezer section). Heat them up per package instructions and eat! Have a piece of fruit with them for a more balance meal.
Bagel Bites are like mini pizza-bagels. YUM!

you can buy these delicious chicken pot pies (they're frozen) at sams club (bulk food store), and pop them in the microwave. they are sooo good. you can make a salad or something for a side if you would like. yummm

take the hot pocket out of its wrapper, place it in cardboard sleeve, put it in microwave for 2 mins. the best!
