Weight has been a struggle for me for a long time...I've tried alot!! I've tried diets...excersizeing...etc. But I always give up afterlike the first day...or quit...or just forget... can anyone help me?!?!?!

write a list for yourself and name reasons why you want to lose weight (look better, health, etc..) and post it on your door. dont have a lot of junk food in the house, and work out with a partner if you can, it helps u stay motivated. put notes on your fridge, and all that other little stuff. also when u diet, dont starve yourself, im a victim of this and you ALWAYS end up bingeing. stick to it hun you have my support!! merry christmas : )

1. Mentally commit- rain or shine, you better work out!
2. Cut out any refined sugars. Natural sugars are great.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. If you are able to, perform cardio intervals. (1 min super fast followed by 2 minutes slow, repeat 5-10 times)
5.Follow a resistance training program. You must either use weights or use your own body weight.

It shold be a lifestyle change, not just something temporary. Start out by just taking a walk or riding a bike around the neighborhood. Make yourself go for about 15 minutes at first if you can, and then increase the time by about 5 minutes per week. If you start to monitor your choelsterol and saturated fat intake, and then cut out some of that you will see the pounds melt off. My dad did. Good luck, and if you need to find someone to walk with. That will help keep you motivated. Or get a dog. :)

well you should get at least 20 mins of exercise everyday, it takes 10 mins for you to actually start burning calories and 10 more to get your heart going. you should also eat low calorie foods and small quantities, like those one serving bags of popcorn are good as long as you dont load it up with butter and salt. thats what i would do!

try to d ur best to lose weight..
daily soprts.. go to gym..
donot eat sugers, desserts, fats, breads and so on..
Concentrate on vegetables and fruits, and skimed milk..

Esersices are important too :)
