If your at a store and your going to buy cigerettes and you say me da los cigarros mas baratos that is pretty much correct in spanish and what people who speak spanish says isnt it? Why would sometimes when I say that sometimes they say que?

You don't need to use the second "los" only the former.
For example: Deme los cigarros más baratos.
