maiko (pronounced my-ko (like "coa" in "coat")
a maiko-san is the japanese word for a geisha in training
plus i think it sounds cute
or you could just look up a word you like eg. cherry blossom (or whichever word you want) then use that
cherry blossom is sakura
but if you go to japan, the japanese will love to say ur real name, coz its foreign and much more appealing (to them, anyway)

"Ruru-chan" is the way to go.

Not only is it your name, but "ruru ruru" is the sound of a telephone ringing. Too cute!

Here's how to introduce yourself.

"Watashi no namae wa ____ desu ga, 'Ruru-chan' to yonde kudasai. Yoroshiku onegai shimasu."

Hit the yellow pages, and read a few chinese food delivery menus. Look for something that you can insert all or part of your name or nickname into. Failing that, who could honestly keep a straight face if you start introducing yourself as 'Chicken Balls?'
