Claritin (loratadine) 10mg is non-drowsy, over the counter anti-histamine. My allergist has tried to give me everything from Allegra to Advair inhalers but I prefer the Claritin. Everyone is different, but I haven't gotten any side effects from it.

To ease your allergy symptoms, take this stuff called Quercetin - you can get it at the health food store. It is a sinus soother and a bioflavanoid.

this is guaranteed... you'll never have to take another allergy pill.... get yourself a neti pot...

(i have the large stainless steel one... works great and you don't have to redo the water/salt between nostrals since it's large.... but if I had to buy another one, I'd get the copper one, b/c I found out that copper kills germs... but the one I have is dishwasher safe, so it's ok)
my husband heard about it from a friend at work and thought it was odd, but he got it for both of us...
he's been having to always take pills before he went to bed for years.. and now we both don't even have any at home.... it takes like 2 minutes to rinse your sinuses and you're good to go.... I do mine every few days, up to a week.... and he does his every other day.
good luck.
