I am a Christian girl and there are no guys my age at my church.
I want so much to meet my future husband now to become best friends before marriage.

I am a shy and I guess a litle old fashioned in my beliefs. I am also a litle overweight, but that shouldn't make a difference, right?

Right, it shouldn't make a difference. When the time is right, you will meet someone, so for now to worry about it and enjoy life.

Being overweight has nothing to do with who you are as a person. If a guy has a problem with you having a little extra weight than he probably is an asshole and you shouldn't waste your time on him. Stop worrying about it because when the right guy comes along you'll know. I don't know how old you are, but believe having a boyfriend isn't the greatest thing in the world. Not saying that it is bad, but then you have to start worrying about 2 people and not just one. Focus on yourself right now and Mr. Right will come along in the most unexpected place.

Don't worry, God has a plan for you. He knows just the right guy for you and also the exact right time for you to meet him. I know it can be hard to wait, but try to have patience and remember that everything will work out in God's perfect timing. Also, if a guy really loves you, it won't matter what you look like.

Marriage is not the be-all end-all. Relax and just be yourself. It'll happen when it happens.
