I'd say that since she just got out of a relationship, now is a very bad time. Wait a while, till she seems over er ex. Also, make sure she doesn't mind about the age difference... And I'm not gonna sugar coat it, the only way she's gonna go out with someone who's the much younger than her is if you guys are really good friends first. You can trust me on that one. i think u shoud get to kno her more ya kno flirt make her laugh.. if u dont she lks u and be the friend that's always there and wait a lil while b4 u ask her and mention that age is nothin but a number and ask her how woud she feel if she dated a freshman

My rule of thumb is, as long as there aren't 20 people around who will hear her say, "No, thanks!" or worse, and embarrass one of you to death, I say, "Go for it!"
The worst she can say is "No, thanks!" and she might even say "Yes."
