A diet filled with healthy foods would do a much better job. Don't expect to just take a pill to make everything better. These pills increase your heart rate to try and speed up your body's metabolic process and at the same time you risk giving yourself a heart attack! Diet and exercise is the answer. Stop eating fatty foods, stop drinking soft drinks; drink water instead. Go for jogs on your lunch break, never take the escalator or elevator, take the stairs. All simple things you can do to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle.

Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.

There are anti-obesity drugs but are only prescribed if your are morbidly obese(50-100% over normal body weight). There are diet pills but are only good in the short term as they have unpleasant side effects like tachycardia, liver problems and strokes. Unless your are morbidly obese there is no reason not to do exercise. Not only does it help you to lose weight it is good for all the parts of your body!(muscles and joints, heart)

Using pills give problems if you stop taking them.infact your case will get worse if you don't take them regularly as prescribed or if you stop so its advisable to reduce your carbohydrate intake and have a little exercise to be on the safe side.it doesn't have to be a strict diet just a little subtraction here and there and you'll be where you want to be.hey you can have a little sugar at times just don't forget youself.goodluck there

Exercise is a great start, but thats only 10% of it, the other 90% is eating right. Decrease portion sizes and increase the amounts of veggies!!

Exercise and Eat right.

I lost weight by walking three times a week, working out at the gym, and eating yogurt, fruit, salad and taking vitamins.

Don't take the diet pills, they destroy your heart and liver.

Eating right and exercise is the ONLY healthy way. You could starve yourself like alot of the Hollywood people, though.
