I'm really finding it hard to relax my mind when getting intimate. Its causing problems with my partner as he feels rejected (not suprisingly). I really want to let go, but I've got these thoughts in my mind of being dirty & feel ashamed of what my family would say if they saw me. It sounds pathetic i know. I'm 20 & Ive been with my partner for 3 years. We should be at it like rabbits! But ive got this psychological block that wont go! please help, serious answers only plz. Im really hurting.

You are thinking too much about YOU and not about him. If you focus all your thoughts upon making him feel good....tease, buildup, extending the pleasure, different speeds, varied positions....YOU will get excited yourself because you will enjoy seeing his reactions so much.

You have to remember that family/parents TELL children that its wrong because they dont want you to get pregnant or get involved too early with someone, to save them pain of raising YOUR child for you...to protect you. However they know sex isnt wrong or dirty....obviously or YOU wouldnt have been born. Most married couples have sex 3 or more times a week so your piddling amounts of experience would be nothing compared to theirs. Sex is normal and healthy or the world population would have died out years ago.

I doubt very much ANY parent....if catching an offspiring of ANY age (even in their 40s) is exactly going to yell "you GO girl" if they see you nekkid with a guy.....more likely an "ooops" and they back out of the room. But if it makes you any happier and you MUST envision them catching you...visionalise them spurring you on in your endeavors? You are over 18 afterall and so early files (memories) are no longer valid or worthwhile.

This is something that I delt with when I was younger, what you need to look at is whether or not you are doing something that's right for you. If you're in a position where you're uncomfortable doing particualr activities it may not be that you're afraid of what your family would think but that you haven 't come to terms with how you'll feel after. Seems to me that you need to become more comfortable with your partner, or maybe you two aren't right for eachother. If you were, Rabbits you would be.
