I am 27 years young male. Want to shed few pounds and get in shape in about 3 months. Should I completely abstain or drop the frequency to once a week or something?

I know about sex burning cals. But you can burn only 20 cals on everage at a time. Not a good workout unless you are having some athletic sex :)

According to Mickey from the movie Rocky, "Women weaken legs". But, if you are just working out recreationally to get into shape, I say pump away. My hubby had a stint as an amaeture (?) bodybuilder and he trained hard for 6 weeks and we never touched. It was a long six weeks. Go for it, sex is a good workout in itself.

body building and sex are not related!! you can have sex as much as you want to!!
doesnt matter whether you are training or not.

dude, sex is actualy a work out in itself, you can burn a LOT of calories from it.
