If he is the almighty healer, then why isn't he healing amputees? Is he/she not almighty or does he/she just hate people with missing limbs?

Let's put it this way, God gives us humans the knowledge heal ourself. Doctors are for everyone, simply how you interprete the meaning. As for me, God gave humans the knowledge, those humans that have the knowledge and abilities on medicals are doctors, and whether those doctors are atheists or not, that's another story.

God heals through doctors also.
He sent His Word and healed us of all our diseases. Knowing, voicing & having faith in Gods Word is growing in Faith. God has doctors because of where our faith is.
Right now God has said through Prophets that we are going to have medical break throughs. Even that people will wonder about God in it.

Generally healing from God is more permanent than "healing" from a physician. Of course, we have to ask God for healing. And his answer may not be "yes" all the time, depending on how obedient we are to him.
"He that turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination" (Proverbs 28:9)

because people with common sense reason and logic don't want to wait for somebody that they feel doesn't exist or for even agnostics who aren't sure if he exists or not even religious people go to the doctor what you're saying is ignorant as all hell i'm agnostic by way if you have a problem with that then that's on you

The practice of medicine is scientific... but its up to you. You can lie there bleeding to death waiting to be healed by religion or go to a hospital and be healed instantly with the best experience available.

No God is the physical and spritual healer. they are for everyone no matta what religion or what u believe in.
