We would take care of our own family members when they are old and feeble. We would end the practice of warehousing them.

I would bring back Christians celebrating Passover. Everybody talks about Christmas being based upon heathen celebrations of the Winter Solstice, but at least we DON'T KNOW what day Jesus was born. So, He COULD HAVE been born on December 25th.
But we KNOW when Jesus was crucified -Passover! And we should celebrate it, because every Jewish tradition for the Passover celebration is a beautiful picture of the sacrifice of Jesus' life to save His people from the power of death.
And, we should celebrate the Resurrection on the Sunday following Passover night. Instead, we celebrate Easter Sunday based on some goofball heathen vernal celebration calendar, instead of based upon Passover. Sometimes it coincides with Passover, but very often it does not. And don't even get me started on pagan fertility symbols like rabbits and eggs!

I don't have to bring back anything; my tradition, Orthodox Christianity, hasn't faded into the past.

nature worship, divination, oracles. all the stuff that made it great to alive back then. think about it, would you rather watch a magic show or a science lecture. Where is the awe that was so readily available in everyday things. science is a religion, and its boring.
