I only have 1,000 dollars saved up and i dont have a apartment up there or nothing. I plan on getting on the bus and just going but i have nowhere to go when i get there! Where do i start????

First of all New York City is expensive. I mean REALLY expensive. 1k isn't going to give you a life there, it isn't going to allow you to be comfortable there, and its certainly not going to allow you long enough to live there to be able to get established.
If you're serious about moving out to start a life from busing it, first get contacts there. Have a list of jobs you're qualified for from the classifieds there. You might have to get a temp job at first to get income.
With that in mind lets go through New York's expenses:
First you have to get there, I am unsure where you're coming from but lets say your in a 50$ range for example.
Greyhoud 49.99 ticket.
Leaving you with 995$.
First problem rent is extremly expensive there, you won't be able to afford an apartment there. You'd probably wind up in the Bronx/Brooklyn or Queens. I'll be generous and say 750$ That leaves you with 210$. Meals are about 10-20$ a day. Leaves you with one month's rent (without security deposit) anda bout 7-21 days with food.
I'd save up a bit more before trying to relocate to Manhattan.

1,000 wont even cut it in the city for one-month's rent
Got an Education???
Know anybody up there???
Otherwise, good luck. You might end up in the projects where they charge rent based on your income.
