Aww, bless... My little one is four now and loves Santa, but the first time I took him to see Santa when he was 18 months old he flat out refused to sit on his lap, but at least Santa was understanding... he knelt down near him till Ez came close enough to give him his prezzie, the picture turned out lovely and didn't look posed like all the following year's.

My daughter was fine with him her first christmas but she was only 4 months the following christmas when she was 16 months she saw a big talking toy santa which scared her so much she was petrified of santa and anything that had a picture of him on it up until this year (she is now 3 and likes the idea of presents!)

My son is 19 months and when we took him to sit on Santa's lap at a Christmas Party he flipped out.He started craying and looked terrified and would not let go of my husband.Needless to say we did not get any good Santa pics this year for the Christmas Card-maybe next year!

My baby haven't seen Santa yet, but he did see a KFC chicken this weekend and he also kept on smiling, even when the "chicken" touched his head! Some of the other kids screamed though!

Last year when my son was 11 months, we put him on Santa's lap and he was fine. Took the picture and then he looked up and him his eyes bugged out and he go that pouting lip and then went into full hysteria crying.
My 3 yr. old sat on the side of the chair and just looked suspiciously at him.

My son was about 4 when the local roary club did a Santa on the back of a lorry through our village. My son had just gone to bed, so I got him up and we looked out of the window. Santa saw him and waved. It made his life!!

awwwww....well my daughter was only 2 and a half months old when she got her picture done with santa back in 2003 and he didn't phase her at all...lol, but when she saw santa last yr, when she was 2 yrs old, she didn't want anything to do with him, and this yr she is 3 now and she was all excited about seeing santa to tell him what she wants for christmas, she sat on his lap with smiles and even thanked him for her early xmas present and even wanted to sit on his lap a couple more times, she suckered great-grandma into sitting on his lap with her a second time for pictures! she is such a character!

My oldest saw Santa for the first time when she was almost two... she started freaking out and saying, "Don't want to! Don't want to!" when we got close to seeing him. In the photos, she is holding onto me, but leaning as far from Santa as she could get! Priceless!
