Blackheads can be a recurring nuisance that cause pimples and acne. They are caused when natural oil from the skin called sebum collects and hardens inside of the pores. The oil clogs the pore, and mixes with the toxins trying to escape from your skin. The toxins and the oil combined create glue inside of your pore. This glue is hiding underneath a black oxidized tip that is exposed and pops out just above the surface of the skin. This black tip is known as a blackhead.
Here some natural tips for blackhead removal:

A blackhead is oil secreted from the pore that has accumulated dirt and is visible as a black dot. You can safely remove them with a special tool designed to do just that. The tool resembles an eye of a needle(round hole), and with gentle pressure will release the blackhead. But never remove one if the area around the BH is inflamed.
Acne is sometimes related to blackheads, because enlarged pores formed from scar tissue traps oil and dirt. But Acne is considered to be caused from internal factors, hereditary, and other health issues, even allergies.

A pore clogged with dirt. They happen even when you are clean. It can be a part of acne. I had acne, uased accutane and the blackheads were never cleared up by them. The only good thing about them is the satisfaction you get when you pop a really good one. Sorry, I am 34 years old and still get them. My Poppy was 78 and still had them. I don't think there is a way to really get rid of them permanantly.

It's a type of acne I guess.. it's not a pimple. It's when dirt gets stuck in your pores with oil.. and it looks like your pore is black.
