Absolutely! quite a few people are doing this.
But watchout for other spam "user". Man is NOT the only one. There are other bots - giving the same link, who will appear again and disappear when the daily answer limit has reached then come back the next day.

THAT man who is always the first to answer and gives the same website URL? Like that MAN up there? I think possibly. Although some things on that site are interesting, he is not in the spirit of what Y Answers is.

Just clicking report abuse seems to work. He disappeared from one of my questions in a few seconds. Select dropdown reason "spam advertisement".
