I went to the hospital to see my very elderly grandfather. He said they were looking after him well and evey night he got hot cocoa and a Viagra tablet. Viagra! I rushed to the nurses station to see what they were doing. Is my grandfather getting Cocoa and Viagra at night I asked. "Yes" said the nurse "the Cocoa helps him sleep and the Viagra stops him rolling out of bed".
