do you really believe some of the questions that are asked on here or do you just reply for the points?

A lot of them are so ridiculous I only rate thumbs up/down.

A lot have so many typographical errors, spelling errors, grammatical errors that my head hits the desk trying to comprehend what they are saying.

There are some I will answer because there is so much false information being given I feel the need to step in and say something.

There are tons of questions that could be answered by a simple google, wikipedia, imdb, movie-mistakes search it takes only a second to reply.

I don't really reply for points (except when I wanted to get to level 2 to rate people's replies), they are only an added bonus IMO.

And I do think some questions are from people trolling. Some of them I ignore, but some I am compelled to respond.

I think some of the questions are real I don't reply for the points I like reading the questions and if I can answer it I will, not like "man" he is out for points scamming the system

Yeah i believe some f the questions here..... "some" as you said... some i think are a bit fake while there are some that are totally stupid!! they just d it to be silly... now how i answer is this... i try my best but if i do accidently come across a stupid ne i might answer it with somethin stupid fr the points but most f the time i just skip it and see what the next question is. :D

I only answer questions on topics I am familiar with. I get sick and tired of the questions that an aardvark could answer. I get tired of reading questions, too, from people who are smart enough to be able to ask questions here, but arent smart enough to type the same thing into a search engine and find out for themselves.

It doesn't really matter to me whether the questions are false or not and I also don't care much about the points. I answer questions to try and help others, because I love doing so and as far as the points.....I don't even pay mind to them, I'm not really interested in that, i just love giving advice to help others.

Yes, I do believe alot of the questions that are asked are for real. I have gotten many nice emails from women thanking me for my help. Lots of people just say stupid things to get the points.

Well we most all want points of course but yes I think there are lots of legitimate questions. People love to ask and we love to answer. It's fun regardless of the points given or used.

I believe most of them, some i answer for the points because the questions are dumb. But most are because i believe people are really looking for answers and help so i try my best to help them and give them sincere answers. I take the advice questions especially seriously, some people don't have anywhere to turn to for advice, so they look to help from others.

If I feel the 'askers' are playing with our minds, I just ignore their questions. There's plenty of other questions to read and answer.

Yes, some are just getting points. But then, what will they do with these points? Like someone else wrote on YAHOO ANSWERS, 'what are they going to do. Retire with the most points?'

Just like in life, you have to pick and choose. If you choose to hang out with stupid ones, you too will become stupid.

Hang out with the people who are asking the real questions and we will learn something............
