In general, I find their fashon, culture, piercings, tattoos (...and so on) to be very attractive, but I am myself pretty clean-cut in appearance.

Well first off you don't have to change who you are for anyone, it isn't worth it. As to getting her attention well...all my friends are gothic punk girls and really just try to get to know her, and if she likes her personality then she might like you, and if you don't listen to rock metal stuff, now try to keep an open mind, you might like it, and don't try to hard to be punk. Oh and it might help if you kow alittle something on the guitar or drums....of course it might help to grow your hair alittle long. And don't ne a ***** either, all girls hate that. Don't be too upset if she doesn't like you back though, there's alot of other girls out there.

Most 'alt' girls are attracted to what they are, like with anyone. It's rare to see so called 'goths' with someone tan with frosted hair. (I've always wondered about this, because clean-cut girls totally go for 'bad boy' alternative types, but clean cut boys don't usually.)
Start going to local shows and look at the guys there, or at least buy some black band tees and a pair of converse. That's all I got!

Well, I'm not a guy but I would date a scene girl, but an emo girl...I don't really know...I'm already an angry kind of person all that black and goth feel would send me over the EDGE! X(

Stop bathing, dye your hair black, take on a gloomy and defeatist attitude about the world in general, wear clothes you find in the garbage, get piercings and tatoos that you will regret when you finally grow up, and never clean your teeth again. You could also worship the devil (although that isn't mutually exclusive to those that you describe), and be against everything mainstream.

Some reason those type fall madly in love with me, one asked me to marry her the 2nd time I saw her. I'm not trying to seduce them, so I can't say how its done, cause I don't want people to take advantage of it.
