<3 is a heart which means "love." Like "I <3 you."

It means a lot of things to me depending on one's mood at the moment.
Here it goes:
<3 could mean Heart or Love
<3 could mean a double scoop of ice cream on a cone
<3 could mean a girl's pair of boobsies
<3 less than 3 in math
<3 a sketch of a smoke belch from a car
So girls would usually mean the following:
Love - I am interested in you
Ice Cream - You are sweet
Boobsies - I feel horny

it's a heart. The < is the triangle part and the 3 is the top of the heart. If you look at it it doeas look somewhat like a heart.
