I just throw it outside in the trash

Yes flush it down the toliet. It is out of date and will nnot help for what it was prescribed for. That is the safest way to discard meds is down the toliet where no one (kids) can get a hold of.

Depending on what it is, I can throw it in the garbage. But, there's always the pharmacy you got it from or the hospital in your town/city. You should be able to ask one of them what to do with certain medication.

I normally crush them then throw them in the trash. But I live in the country and burn my trash.

what should you do with it? every normal human being would throw it away, but you can keep it in ur fridge and one day when you feel like you have no reason to live, you can take it out and swallow it all.... ur choice....but I`d advice you to throw it

If it's something potentially dangerous, bring it to a pharmacy.

They'll either dispose of it for you or tell you how.
