There isn't a free Photoshop. There is a free trial, however, but it only lasts for 30 days. You need to use money to use for more than a month.

yeah the best way but illegal is to torrent it.
Don't go with paint shop pro, its awful, try adobe photoshop elements, also adobe have free 30 day trials, so you can do as many as you can in 30 days. lemme get you a link:

Of course. I'm the ultimate pirate. If you can download files via torrents go to www.thepiratebay.com and type the program in the box. then download the torrent file. then download the program via azureous(www.azureous.com) or bittorent(www.bitorent.com)
