first of all how much do you weigh? You don't say no to food altogether but you do cut back depending on your height age and weight. I was anorexic but i stopped and I'm 12 and 116 pounds which is good. start eating a little more healthier but not too much . Than after you've recovered check into a health club or something.

Eating disorders may be as a result from a chemical imbalance in the brain, which causes depression. Not only do you lose weight, it begins to start an irreversible damage to your organs, hair loss and weakening of your tooth enamel.

i say no to food by chewing gum! and it really works!! u cant let the flavor of the gum make u eat food, so you need to chew gum often, and eat healthy!! but plzz dont turn anorexic!!!! its the pain in the ***!!! its SOOO not healthy for u!!! but hope my asvive works!!!!

it was hard for me to say no to food. but that has all changed, only cuz i stopped being anorexic. sorry.
