I get a procedure for my daughter that works wonders. You have to go to a doctor, dermatologist, or asthetic spa to get it tho, and it is a little pricey. It is a simple light that they just shine onto your skin. I dont know why it works, but it is incredible. I think it is called Clear Light. Check your yellow pages to see if anyone in your area has it. (It is pretty new, but catching on.) We even got our first treatment free, so we had a choice if we liked the results. I cant believe the difference it has made for my child, from her skin to her self esteem. Good luck!

Unfortunately there isn't a way to get rid of them for good. You are stuck with them as long as you have hormones. Some people are blessed with perfect clear skin their whole lives, some break out in their teens and it goes away with age, and some break out even in their 40's. Acne isn't the end of the world. Use Murad Face products or try some benezyol peroxide

Sure- strip off all your skin! Really, though, If your skin is too oily, you get them. You over treat your skin with chemicals, it gets too dry and you get them anyway... I personally name mine, and use witchcraft to banish them...
