Yes they can I'm 44 and got asked for my ID just this year. I like to dress young and always where the latest styles. There is nothing wrong with it. Any one who thinks there is is green with envy. I Love who I am and you can't take that away from me ever. If you want to look your age you go right on ahead. When i look young I feel young. If you got it Flaunt it.

well, i believe 35 is still a young age and one is quickly departing youth in it as i, myself am 35 and can't help missing my teenage so i do act in ways to look like a teenager myself. i don't know about others, but to enjoy life, i do act like a teenager sometimes. :-)

My mom is 36 but looks like a 16 teen year old. She is absoulutley breath-taking! It is possible to look younger in your thirties if you don't smoke and if you drink only socialy. My former-friends mom is in her thirties and she does drugs and she looks 78!

i myself pass for almost 10-15 years younger than i am... which can be cool at times. So it is possible... don't know if i want to pass for a teenager though!

Depends.... does this thirty five year old try to look like a teen or just does naturally. don't let this person be somebody who they're not and wear excessive makeup and dress in clothes that aren't good for them

very possible..where im from its hard to actually guess someones age...we are look so young( i mean i am still young but there are ppl where i lilve int here 50s and are lucky to even look like they are 20)lol...damn them bitches always got to look so good! lol
