Why is everyone is dying there hair strawberry blonde?

Question

My hair is naturally strawberry blonde, and some of my friends went from ugly not natural platium blonde to my hair color. I know its not that big of a deal that they dyed there hair,but its a little creepy that like 5 people i know dyed their hair my hair color.
So why are they doing it? 0.o

Sorry to come off as a little mean,its just that one of my ex friends always said should so dye my hair then i ran in into her at the mall and had the same exact hair color as me. I just needed to vent a little =(

EDIT:: Sorry about coming off as a bit harsh with my initial response. I understand where you're coming from now. That would piss me off too if someone told me I should dye my hair and then copies my color. It's more than a bit hypocritical. I guess the only good thing to come of it is that you know you have a beautiful haircolor, at least in the eyes of at least 5 people you know that chose to copy it.

first of all, not EVERYONE is dying their hair strawberry blonde...and secondly, maybe they wanted a change in their hair and thought yours was really cute. take it as a compliment.

I doubt that it's all about you, although there may be some who envy you. It's just trendy and fashionable right now. You're lucky that yours is totally natural. Enjoy what God gave you.
