i have a friend whose a girl who calls me a dork al l the time and yet she never hesitates to let me know she likes me whats going on?

It sounds like a friendly lil' nickname she has for ya! One that in her own way shows that she's interested in you, yet isn't intimidating since you two are friends. :)
