Well. You should start out with some ab crunches to start getting rid of that belly fat. Trust me its going to hurt at first. But you'll get used to it. Don't quit after like one week. You've go to work on it or else put that fat back on. After your satisified with that, you should start either going to lift more weight or get on a track field and start exersicing those leg muscles. Cut down on the fats and increase on the fruits and veggies.

Hope this is good information.

Basically, if you wanna lose weight you need to start working out 3-5 times a day for maybe 15-30 minutes at a time.

You can do a gadzillion crunches, but unless you do cardio (exercise that makes your heart rate go up--run, jog, bike, volleyball, sports, etc.) you won't lose the fat. Crunches will put more muscle on your stomach, but the muscle will go under the layer of fat and make your stomach stick out more unless you do cardio along with the crunches. Fat doesn't burn off unless you get your heart rate up.

Also, if you DO do crunches, 500 a day is useless. You need to treat crunches like someone treats regular weight training. Have you ever seen a guy bench press a bar 500 times??? No, cause that does nothing.

If you do crunches correctly, you should feel a burn by the 15th crunch. Make sure you crunch up slowly, hold the crunch, tighten your abs, exhale and then slowly release back down. Each crunch should take 4 seconds to do.

Aim for maybe 3 sets of 30 crunches or 4 sets of 20.

You are only 14 and lots of girls are still growing and have some baby fat. Don't starve yourself, as this will make your metabolism even slower, eat 5 or 6 small meals a day and whenever you really want something (like chocolate) then allow yourself to have it. Also, do 4 or 5 days a week for 45 minutes on the elliptical or treadmill. Don't worry yourself to much, I'm sure you look beautiful!

If you would like to drop a few pounds the unhealthy information is its extremely tough to goal a designated area as fats outlets are used up from in every single place the body and now not only one place. If it is difficult to get the motivation my recommendation is do not do it an excessive amount of or too lengthy. Start simple. Ideal fats loss comes if you find yourself acting at 60 to 70 % of your performance. Begin off by using ingesting 2 glasses of water before each meal (what you devour performs a most important function). SO...While you get home 2 glasses of water then straight into secure garments and out for a forty five min - 1 hr walk. Not sprinting but not being lazy. If you'll discover an discipline virtually home that could be a little up and down. Additionally mix up the place u go. Do that 3-four times every week and your for your method. As u get more fit make it tougher. You can to find on the days u don't stroll u wont think as good.
