You can't make your bones bigger, but you can get bulkier by drinking protein drinks and lifting weights and cardio work outs.

Your frame size is your frame size. It is largely determined by genetics though it can be influenced by levels of exercise and type of diet in childhood. By the age of 21 the ephisial plates (the areas of the bone that allow for growth) should be closed (no more room to grow). So, you are out of luck.

Do you mean make yourself look stronger?
Easy :)
1. Increase protein (Seafood recommended and not drowned in butter!).
2. Increase your weight lifting. Do more with the dumbells and barbells as well as get on the press more often.
3. Don't put too much fat in yourself! Like eat candy and fats and sweets only occasionly.
4. Overload your weights if needed. When I say that I mean like do a little more than you can usually do to gain muscle mass.
5. Do this continusely or else you will not see results!
Thanks,
Jalapeno10
Good luck! Hope this helps :)

You can't make your bones bigger. You can only put muscle around them. Take comfort in the fact that small boned people look better when they add muscle, compared to big boned people. It just shows more.
